Huge shoutout to Jarvis for saving my upcoming trip down to Texas! I was in desperate need of a specific set of tires for my BMW X3, and every other shop in town came up empty-handed. Jarvis didn't just give me the standard "out of stock" excuse; he put in the hard work, followed through, and somehow managed to get me sorted with same-day service. It is incredibly rare to find that level of dedication and customer care. Highly recommend working with him!

After leaving Miller parkway location because I was told my appointment was at midtown not with Miller parkway I showed up to midtown location and though it says they open at 7:00 a.m. they were still closed not a person in sight. If your business say you open at a certain time you should be there ready to take customers at that time it made me late for work trying to get my brakes done on one of my cars. Horrible way to get new customers as I am a first-time customer

Came here to get the weird light on my car looked at and recieved amazing customer service. They made me feel heard while explaining everything in a way where i didn't feel dumb. Reasonable price, fast, and efficient work. Manager Zach is the absolute best!

Previously had a great 5-star review. At the time, Everyone was super kind and willing to spend extra time to really find the issues with my tires (even pulling out a magnifying tool). What I failed to mention before is that I ended up going to this location twice, once where they found no issues (despite, yes, the magnifying glass), and then twice when my tires were completely flat despite their reassurance. However, 3 months later, and with different people up front taking appointments, I was made to waste time (and gas money) to go to a CONFIRMED appointment booked online just to hear them say they couldn’t do any of the tasks they agreed to in the online booking until tomorrow. There are perhaps kind people here who are willing to do well by mistakes, but I do not like how this pattern of visit and then revisit to solve issues. If the booking had not been confirmed for today and I had been called, I would have willingly come in tomorrow. Ultimately, I am going elsewhere. Tldr: do they offer good service? Maybe. Are they willing to fix mistakes? Yes. Are they friendly? Also yes. But if you need time and gas efficiency, consider elsewhere.
